How Does PNA Handle The Transition When We Acquire A New Funeral Home?

When a regional operator acquires a new location, PNA works with your team to evaluate the acquired funeral home’s existing pre-need program and develop a transition plan. If the existing portfolio is held in CDs, deposit accounts, or a trust arrangement, PNA coordinates the transfer logistics with the prior provider. Life insurance funded contracts cannot be transferred due to carrier restrictions, but PNA can help you build a strategy for new contracts at that location going forward.

What Services Are Included In PNA's Fee Across All Our Locations?

PNA’s 1.50%* fee covers everything needed to run a complete pre-need program across all your locations: investment management, trustee oversight, custody, technology, reporting, compliance workflows, onboarding, training, and marketing support. There are no additional fees for managing multiple locations, adding new locations, or scaling your program. The only services outside that scope are those requiring independent third-party professionals, such as legal advice and tax preparation.
