At that point they can book an appointment directly with your team based on your calendar availability.
PNA continues to nurture leads digitally until a family is ready to engage. Once they reach that point, the lead is routed to your team for the conversation. By the time they book an appointment, they are educated about pre-need and familiar with your funeral home.
No. Marketing support, onboarding, training, and platform access are all included in PNA’s standard 1.50% fee. There are no setup costs, licensing fees, implementation charges, or separate marketing fees.
