Fees FAQs
PNA charges a single, all-inclusive fee of 1.50%* of pre-need assets under management. That fee covers investment management, trustee oversight, custody, the full technology platform, compliance and reporting tools, onboarding, training, and marketing support. There are no licensing fees, implementation fees, audit support fees, or exit fees. The fee is deducted directly from the pre-need trust account, not billed to the funeral home’s operating budget.

Fees are accrued daily and paid monthly from each pre-need account. For accounts that become at-need during the month, fees are pro-rated accordingly. All fee withdrawals are processed through the custodian and authorized by the independent trustee.
Yes. The independent trustee reviews and authorizes the withdrawal of PNA’s fees from each account. This provides an additional layer of oversight and ensures fees are charged in accordance with the governing trust agreement and applicable state regulations.
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, all performance reporting is shown net of fees charged at the account level.
